Digital technology

  • using garage band to create sound for my products
  • how to cut and copy sound
  • learning how to use photoshop to manipulate images for products 
  • cropping, and editing the contrast and brightness of an image
  • using in design to create a double page spread 
  • how to place images into indesign
  • learning how to use video camera's and professional cameras to create professional products 
  • learning what certain buttons do and testing different ways to achieve different shots
  • using after effects to create inter titles, using video's to animate my inter titles

Research and planning

  • finding out codes and conventions of professional products by looking at successful products posters and trailer 
  • learning how to represent a certain genre by analysing how other products represent genre by using specific features such as colour schemes 
  • learning how to promote products as a package from looking at other promotional packages and learning how they connect with each other

  • Seeing the standard of images used in professional products and learning the quality they need to be

Post production
